1.0 ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
1.1 Definitions
“Customer”: The person, firm, or company buying Products from the Seller.
“Order”: The Customer's offer to purchase Products by sending instructions to the Seller.
“Products”: The goods that the Seller is to supply (Baby gear, confectionery, DIY, household essentials, etc.).

1.2 Changes
The Seller will sell and the Customer will purchase Products in accordance with these Conditions. These govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and supersede any previous standard conditions.

3.0 BUSINESS & RETAIL SALES
These Conditions apply to all sales made through the Website. By submitting an Order, the Customer acknowledges they are entering into a binding contract. If purchasing for business purposes (B2B), the Customer confirms they have the authority to bind said business.
4.0 PRICES AND V.A.T
4.1 VAT: All prices are subject to UK V.A.T at the prevailing rate (VAT No: 404 344 530).
4.2 Fluctuations: Prices change frequently. Products in your basket are not reserved, and the price is only guaranteed once the checkout process is complete.
5.0 DELIVERY
5.1 Timescales: We use reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timescales. However, delays due to unforeseen factors are occasionally inevitable; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed.
5.2 Inspection: Upon receipt, you must immediately inspect goods for damage. You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are faulty or damaged.
6.0 RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy subject to the following conditions:
6.1 Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an Order, you must inform us via email at notifications@legramdiscounts.co.uk.
6.2 Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods to us.
6.3 Condition: Goods must be returned undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging.
6.4 Costs: The Customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and all associated shipping costs. High Bargains Ltd will not reimburse return postage unless the item is proven faulty.
6.5 Exceptions: We do not accept returns on seasonal products, perishable confectionery with broken seals, or items specifically ordered/customized for the Customer.
7.0 FAULTY GOODS
In the event of faulty or damaged Products, you must email us at notifications@legramdiscounts.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8.2 Subject to 8.1, High Bargains Ltd shall have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses.
8.3 Our total liability shall be limited to the total price paid for the Order in question.
9.0 RETENTION OF TITLE
The Products remain the property of High Bargains Ltd until we have received payment in full for the goods and all other sums which are due to us from you. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
10.0 LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
