2. How to Process a Faulty Return

Return the Item: You will need to send the faulty goods back to our Bradford warehouse for inspection.
No-Cost Returns: All returns for items found to have a genuine manufacturing fault are processed free of charge.

We understand that you want your request resolved quickly. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your item for our quality control team to process your return and issue your refund or dispatch your replacement.
